Welcome to Jawa Perak review. In this article, we are going to discuss another monster motorcycle that is recently launched in India and become one of the much-demanded bikes so fast. The “Jawa Perak”, which looks like a super stylish Bobber Motorcycle, is actually a customized motorcycle launched by “Classic Legends” in India. The “JAWA” initially known as “YEZDI”. So let’s talk about its looks, color, mileage, stability, pros, and cons.

The name “Perak” is actually somewhere related to a black-dressed shadowy figure that emerged during world war -II in Prague.

Now let’s discuss its specification in detail. The Jawa  Perak is a gorgeous-looking bike. You will fall in love on the first look, that good it looks.

LOOKS:

As we discussed the Jawa Perak looks like a bobber motorcycle from the 60s.It has a bigger engine. The logo itself makes it more attractive in real. The single-seat beast looks more like a luxury one from away. The dual exhaust is in its right place to make it more catchy. We will discuss more on the go.

COLOR:

The Jawa Perak is available in only one color which is black. And I must say this is the best one you can have. The black color makes this motorcycle more beautiful. For now, the company has not decided to launch any other color.

PERFORMANCE:

Now let’s discuss the main part of the Jawa Perak. So far we saw it is good looking and the specifications are good enough to attract you. But there is a lot of difference you may encounter when it comes to reality.

• It is not an off-road bike.
• So many vibrations you could feel while riding.
• braking could have been much better.
• Very uncomfortable on seat especially for a long journey.
• It claims 140km/hour as its top speed but you feel severe vibrations on the seat, hands, and knee after 60.
• Doesn’t have speed stability.

There is a lot more to say about the performance, but the worst part I felt about the bike is, it vibrates a lot even on 4th gear. Gradually you feel pain on your bump after riding for 20-30km, that uncomfortable the seating position is.

PROS:

The tail light behind the seat looks really awesome. This is one of the best parts of the bike. The rear wheel is bigger in size, which gives a perfect grip to the bike while riding. Though it looks bigger in size, it is only 175kg in weight. The Horn sound is very loud. It gives an average mileage of 28-30 km/ltr which is great in a bobber bike.

CONS:

There is a list of cons in Jawa Perak. Let’s discuss its major demerits which should be rectified, in order to make it a perfect bobber. The  first problem what I noticed is, you cannot see the speed pf the bike while driving as the speedometer is placed in such an odd position.

• Built quality could have been better  ( Lots of wires are visible, Panel gaps, dents, body part asymmetry)
• Doesn’t sound as good as it should
• Engine is bigger
• Vibrations are common at any speed
• ver uncomfortable on seat
• Doesn’t have a tachometer and trip meter
• Doesn’t have good speed stability
• poorly designed
• No double stand available
• difficulties during puncture

Rs. 1.97 Lakh (Ex-Showroom)

RATINGS:

My rating is  3/5

I gave it 3 only because of its looks and mileage. Nothing is special apart from that in this bike.

 

CONCLUSION:

It is definitely not an all-rounder bike, which many of us are looking for. There is no denying that this is definitely a good-looking masterpiece, but the cons are more to hide its looks. This is the most affordable bobber bike currently in India. If you are looking for a stylish solo riding bike for a short ride, then this one is for you.
